TIRAMISU OVERNIGHT OATS

Dessert for Breakfast – Yes Please!

SERVES 1

40g Rolled Oats
1/2 cup milk (almond, soy, regular, oat – whatever is your preference)
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
1 shot of espresso coffee (cooled)
pinch of fine sea salt
Cocoa powder to dust or your favourite drinking chocolate
Grating of chocolate if you are feeling decadent

 
Combine all ingredients into a glass jar, or your favourite glass and stir really well to combine.  Place into the fridge overnight.  The next day dust with cocoa powder and some grated chocolate if you want a little something extra.
