SOME INSPIRATION FROM MY KITCHEN THIS WEEK

The weather has been a little erratic around Melbourne lately.  We have had a few really hot days around 43 degrees, then its gotten quite cool down around the 20 degrees so the menu has been quite random honestly.  We have made icy poles and salads for the warmer days then porridge and pies for the cooler ones.  That’s ok as being from Victoria we are used to the constant changes in temperature and the seasons.  You always have to have a few recipes up your sleeve for just this purpose.

I am sharing a few of the things that I have made over the last week or so, hopefully they give you some inspiration to get into the kitchen and try new things.

ROASTED PUMPKIN AND KALE SALAD

CHILLI SCRAMBLED EGGS

MISO GLAZED SALMON
