SMOOTHIES

Smoothies are a regular breakfast request at our house and they are a great way to use up frozen bananas in the freezer as well as hiding lots of goodies for the little ones.

Suggested Toppings

LSA (Linseed, Sunflower Seeds and Almond)

Ground up Pistaschio

Goji berries

freeze dried strawberries and raspberries

chia seeds

vanilla seeds

Chocolate, Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

1 cup of milk, soy milk or nut milk

1 frozen banana

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 tablespoon greek yoghurt

Blend together and enjoy

Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 cup milk, soy milk, nut milk or coconut milk

1/2 teaspoon chia seeds

1/2 cup oats

1 tablespoon oats

1 teaspoon maple syrup

Blend all together and serve in your favourite bowl

Raspberry Oat Smoothie

1 cup milk, soy milk, oat milk, nut milk or coconut milk

1 cup raspberries

1 tablespoon greek yoghurt

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 teaspoon maple syrup

Blend together and enjoy

Blueberry and Oat Smoothie

1 cup soy milk, coconut milk or nut milk

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 teaspoon of maple syrup

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon greek yoghurt

1/2 cup blueberries

Blend together and enjoy
