I think about food 24/7 and are constantly thinking of meals days in advance. My husband thinks it’s hilarious as I always ask him what he wants for dinner just before he has had breakfast.
It is horridly hot in Melbourne yesterday and I was inside watching Star Wars with my 5 year old son and thinking of things to make that didn’t involve turning on the stove or oven.
I have always loved the textures of a Panna cotta but I am not a fan of cream, so it lighten it up I have used Greek yoghurt and almond milk. It’s also refined sugar free
