Last year I had the pleasure of making my sisters wedding cake.  This is the final product.  It was a vanilla cake with a white chocolate ganache.  Covered in peonies and roses from my garden.  Everyone was impressed with the presentation and it tasted delicious.

Mind you I did stress over it for over a month
